China Communications Engineering Co., Ltd. was formally established with the approval of the State Council, and later renamed as “China Electronics Systems Engineering Company”.
1985
The Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Installation Company under the Ministry of Electronics Industry was merged into China Electronic Systems Engineering Company.
1989
China Electronic Systems Engineering Corporation was merged into China Electronics Corporation (“CEC”).
1992
The company name was changed to “China Electronic Systems Engineering Corporation” due to rapid business development.
2017
Successfully reformed into the mixed ownership of state-owned enterprise, established as China Electronic System Engineering Co., Ltd. (CESEC), and dedicated to hi-tech engineering business.
2021
CESEC strengthened its innovation-driven strategies, focused on its core business, integrated various resources, optimized marketization mechanisms and stimulated internal motivation to boost corporate vitality and step forward to a new stage of high-qua

Adhering to the Four-in-one Strategy, CESEC continued to promote digital transformation to embark on the path of internationalization, thereby solidifying the foundation for the Company’s leapfrog development.
