The general contract project is a key demonstration project extending downstream of the photovoltaic monocrystalline silicon industry chain in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Hongyuan New Materials (Baotou) Co., Ltd. has completed the construction and commissioning of three phases of the project, achieving a production capacity of 30GW for crystal pulling and 20GW for slicing. This has elevated the company to a leading supplier in the industry, with profits per watt ranking among the top tier.

The project is located in the Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park in Qingshan District, Baotou, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

Phase I comprises 792 monocrystalline furnaces, including 140/160 model furnaces. Construction includes areas A and B of the monocrystalline workshop, a washing workshop, cafeteria, office area, etc.

Phase II consists of 792 monocrystalline furnaces, all of the 160 model. Construction includes the monocrystalline workshop, outdoor and auxiliary rooms, office area, outdoor corridors, etc.

Phase III involves 216 of the latest model slicing machines. Construction includes the slicing workshop, solid waste warehouse, outdoor and auxiliary rooms, process circulation cooling water pool, etc.
